What is different about Doxa Connex?

Doxa Connex is more than just another procurement app. We are a cross-industry collaborative trade platform that connects buyers, sellers, and financiers in the same space. It doesn’t matter which industry you’re from or the role you have, Doxa Connex will allow your business to handle procurement, payments, and financing digitally and seamlessly.

We have built an enterprise-grade platform with large modules for construction, healthcare, and logistics — with over 1,000 companies using the platform today.

I currently have an ERP. Why should I use Doxa?

Doxa Connex is not meant to replace your ERP or Accounting system.

Instead, we complement and partner your ERP to digitalise your procure-to-pay workflow by integrating seamlessly with these ERP systems and Accounting software. On top of that, we help you connect directly with external stakeholders (suppliers, sub-cons, banks, consultants, etc.) on this single platform.

This greatly reduces any need for manual data entry and handling of hardcopy documents, improving your company’s operations and reducing costs.

What if I can’t get my suppliers on Doxa?

We understand your concern if not all suppliers are onboard. We are happy to share that we have a very high success rate of onboarding of above 80%.

With that said, you will still be able to use the system.

Here’s what you still can do even when the supplier is not on board:
1) Send RFQs. For vendors not on board the Doxa Connex system, they will receive a link via email and respond to it, including the ability to make price adjustments.
2) Perform Goods Receipt (GR)
3) Input Delivery Order (DO) linked back to the system
4) Enter invoice linking to the DO, PO, GR

Therefore, you will not need to run 2 separate systems even if not all 100% of users are on board.

How can I convince my vendors to use the Doxa system?
You don’t have to worry because Doxa will help you to convince your vendors. Our Customer Success team is dedicated to help you onboard your suppliers/vendors after project kickoff.

Our experienced team has a wide range of materials and methods, which includes training, self-service tutorials, phone support, and other brochures that will communicate the many benefits of using the system:

1) Reduce their own manual data entry work and reduce the risk of rejected invoices
2) Receive near real-time updates on the status of invoice payments
3) Directly request for invoice financing from their local bank through the system

Why do you run Doxa Connex on the cloud?
Doxa Connex is entirely a cloud-based platform that can be accessed through your web browser. There are many benefits of our cloud-based approach.

1) Constant software updates
2) New enhancements, features, and improvements without the need to manually initiate anything
3) Allow us to introduce continuous enhancements to everyone
4) Access it over the internet through any device or our mobile app
5) Will increase in value and function over time
6) Does not require a dedicated IT team to manage your servers and security
7) Save on hardware, storage cost and other restrictions.

On-premise applications will not be able to enjoy these benefits.

How secure is my data as you are a cloud service?

Built on Amazon Web Services + Amazon Managed Services
Doxa Connex is built on Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Services (EKS) with a 99.95% uptime SLA, so you can be sure that your workflows will not be interrupted by software issues. This service also hosts the data for many large companies including Unilever, Sony, Adobe, BBC, DBS Bank and more. It also identifies threats by continuously monitoring the network activity and account behaviour within the Doxa cloud environment. (More on AWS Security)

ISO Certified
Doxa is ISO 20000-1:2018 and ISO 27001:2013 certified after a thorough and rigorous auditing process ending in March 2022. These certifications are internationally recognised standards that ensures that we maintain an effective and strong information security system through our processes (ISO27001) as well as a demonstration of reliability and a high quality of service through a service management system as a service provider (ISO20000).

Network security

Web users do not and will not have direct access to the services within the private network and infrastructure, except through the front-end user interface.

Data Protection

Enterprise-grade encryption for data at rest, and data in transit (AWS key management service). Data is backed up and mirrored (for redundancy) only on servers in data centres located within Singapore.

Data Isolation

Individual company’s data are protected with Logical Data Isolation within our database, data access control, and encryption, which ensures that each company’s data remains separate and secure.

Access Management

Our development team has implemented secure management of identities, resources, and permissions to access the application. Two of these include employing industry-grade encrypted SSL from login, and a recommended Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Malware Monitoring

An active antivirus and anti-malware scans all uploaded files to ensure the security of your documents.
Can you integrate with my existing systems?
We are able to integrate with your existing ERP or Accounting software through API or SFTP.

Supplier Portal

What are my benefits as a supplier in Doxa Connex Supplier Portal?

Buyers in Doxa Connex will be able to search for your company and products and send you a Request for Quotation and Purchase Order.

Are there any costs to listing and using Doxa Connex as a supplier?

No. Suppliers can list, connect, and transact with buyers in Doxa Connex at no cost.

How do I use the Supplier Portal?

How do I know if the buyer on Doxa Connex is a trusted company?

All the buyers in Doxa Connex are established companies that are paid subscribers of Doxa, and using Doxa Connex platform to perform their procurement to payments functions.

How can I join Doxa Connex as a supplier?

How many items can I post on the portal?

There is currently no limit — you can update as many items as you wish on Doxa Connex Supplier Portal.

How do I know if someone purchases my product on Doxa?

All Purchase Orders (PO) and Requests for Quotations (RFQ) will come with a notifying email to the email account that is registered with Doxa.

Can you integrate with my existing Accounting and ERP systems?

We are able to integrate with most existing ERP or Accounting systems.
